Return & Cancellation Policy

1) Returns
• Items bought online or in-store can be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or online confirmation) is required.
2) Return Shipping
• If the product is defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
• For other returns, customers are responsible for shipping fees.
3) Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after purchase unless they have already shipped.
• For in-store reservations, please call us directly to cancel.
4) Refund Processing
• Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, once the item is inspected.
5) Exceptions
• Gift cards, personalized items, and perishable goods may be non-returnable.
• Clearance items may be final sale.
